Founding cohort · starts 8 October 2026, 7:00pm UK time

Become AI-enabled without outsourcing your judgment.

A four-week working cohort for experienced professionals who want a repeatable system for using AI well, and a plan for what to do with the time it gives back.

AI Does, AI Assists, Human Decides Three stacked groups of marks: fifteen under "AI does", ten under "AI assists", and a single copper mark under "Human decides". The volume of work falls away as the weight of the judgement rises. AI DOES AI ASSISTS HUMAN DECIDES
Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

Built for you if

  • You've got 15+ years of real domain expertise and won't trade your judgment for a shortcut
  • You're using AI here and there, but it's not systematic and you don't fully trust it yet
  • You're tired of prompt lists and tool roundups that never touch how you actually work
  • You want the time AI saves you to go somewhere specific, not evaporate into more email

Probably not for you if

  • You want a tool tutorial, not a working system
  • You're looking for someone to do the thinking for you
  • You need the basics of what AI even is, cheaper routes exist for that

Real delivery, not theory

Where this comes from.

Everything in this cohort comes from work actually delivered, not a course built by reading about AI.

On a large public sector transformation programme, I used AI to cut the time to build a full risk register from days down to under ten minutes. What AI couldn’t do was decide what each risk actually meant, how likely it was, or what to do about it. That judgment stayed mine. It’s the same judgment I’ll help you apply to your own work.

Two days before a service went live on a government delivery programme, I made the call to descope a business unit because the service owner wasn’t confident it was ready. We built manual workarounds, added training, and that team went live four weeks later without incident.

Questions

The objections I'd have too.

“I don't have time for a four-week commitment.”

That's the objection I'd have too. It's one session a week, and everything else is real work you're already doing, just redesigned as you go. You're not adding four weeks of homework, you're changing how you do the work you already have.

“Will my organisation pay for this?”

Some will, some won't, and that's fine either way. If yours might, I'll give you a short outcome summary you can forward internally after the workshop. If it's coming out of your own pocket, that's exactly why the founding price exists.

“I've tried AI training before and it didn't stick.”

Most AI training gives you tools and leaves the redesign to you. That's usually why it doesn't stick, you're back at your desk with a new app and the same workflow. This is what continuing that redesign properly looks like.

“What happens after the cohort ends?”

Not everyone needs anything more, and that's fine. But if by week 4 you've chosen the Portfolio Building pathway and validated a real problem with a credible offer behind it, the next question usually isn't “what AI tool do I need.” It's “how do I actually deliver this well without creating chaos while I'm still working full time.” That's a separate conversation, one I have with a small number of people after each cohort ends, when there's something real to talk about.
