Privacy notice
This page explains what this site collects, why, who else can see it, and how to have it removed. It's written plainly on purpose.

Who collects it
This site is run by Ona Ojukwu. If you have a question about your information, or you want it corrected or deleted, email hello@notify.onaojukwu.com.
What's collected, and why
The priority list form
If you join the priority list for the AI Value Accelerator, the form collects your first name, last name, email address, and your current role if you choose to give it. If you've completed the AI Relevance Assessment in the same visit, your profile, score and priority focus areas are sent along with it.
This is used to contact you about the Accelerator, to send you your personalised 90-day plan, and to prepare that plan around the areas your assessment flagged.
The speaking enquiry form
If you send a speaking or workshop enquiry, the form collects your first name, last name, email address, your organisation if you give it, and the message you write. This is used to reply to your enquiry.
The AI Relevance Assessment
The assessment itself runs in your browser, and your individual answers stay there. They are never sent anywhere.
When you finish it, three things are recorded so Ona can see how people are doing overall and which areas come up most often: your total score, which of the four result profiles you landed in, and the two sections that scored lowest. Nothing that identifies you is attached, not your name, not your email address, not your individual answers. It cannot be linked back to you, and it is recorded whether or not you go on to join the priority list.
If you do join the priority list, your profile, score and focus areas are sent with that form as well, and that submission does have your name and email on it.
So your result isn't lost if you close the tab, it's also saved in your browser's own storage on your device. That copy stays on your device, isn't transmitted, and is cleared if you retake the assessment or clear your browser data.
Technical information
Like any website, this one is served by a host that keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and basic request information. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Who else sees it
A small number of services handle information on this site's behalf. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions.
- Notion is where form submissions and anonymous assessment results are collected, so Ona can work from them in one place.
- Resend sends the confirmation email you get after submitting a form. It handles your email address and the contents of that email.
- Substack provides the newsletter signup box on the home page. It's embedded from Substack, so Substack can see that your browser loaded it and may set its own cookies. If you subscribe, your email address goes to Substack, not through this site.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used here, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
The "Book a call" button links out to Google Calendar. Nothing is shared with Google Calendar unless you click it and book a slot, at which point Google's own terms apply.
What doesn't happen
- Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
- There's no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
- Submitting a form doesn't subscribe you to the newsletter. That's a separate box, and you have to opt in yourself.
How long it's kept
Form submissions are kept for as long as they're needed for the purpose you sent them, and no longer. If you ask for yours to be deleted, it's deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see what's held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@notify.onaojukwu.com and it will be handled. You don't need to give a reason.
Changes to this notice
If what's collected changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
